👛Swapping With CoinCap

CoinCap offers the ability to perform swaps*. Getting setup is easy!

*This feature is not available for the CoinCap mobile app at this time. We recommend using Google Chrome as your web browser.

To get started, connect one of the compatible wallets to coincap.io. Click "Connect Wallet" from the homepage or click "Swap" and then "Connect Wallet".

Choose your network (ETH or BNB) and select the wallet you wish to connect.

Log into your wallet. Once connected, you will notice that your receive address is now where "Connect Wallet" used to be.

Clicking on the address allows you to:

1. Copy the address

2. View the address on the corresponding blockchain

3. Switch to a different wallet

4. Open the wallet in a separate tab

5. Disconnect the wallet.

Once your wallet is connected, click the Swap button at the top of the page.

Select the pair you'd like to swap and enter the amount you are swapping. Click "Confirm Swap".

Now you will see the final trade details. After reviewing and you are ready to begin the swap, click "Submit Trade".

Confirm the pay network payment (in this case we are paying some ETH for the gas fee).

That's it! Your wallet should update with the new coin/token balance shortly.

Note: Clicking the settings wheel on the swap page allows you to adjust the slippage percentage as well as which exchanges you'd like to use.
